I had been making this Hot Sauce of mine for quite some time and it’s Hot & Tastes Great.

I had gotten this receive long time ago from one old Jamaican lady I was helping out while working in grocery store as youth, and as time went on making in it I was trying to improve it more and bring it to the next level of my Own Hot Sauce.

Ingredients Are:

- Habanero Hot Pepers
- Jalapeño
- Carolina Reepers
- Garlich
- Shalots
- White Vinegar
- Sea Salt
- French yellow Mustard for Texture

- Everything is Blended even pepper seeds for that extra kick.

Lastly my own skills and secret ingredient that I have to add on to the end making it just Right as I never like to say Perfect.

How Hot it is well Best way to find out is to try but to me it’s Hot when I Blend my blender pot steams out how spicy it is that says all..

I use this hot sauce adding a bit of mayonnaise and mixing it gives great taste pretty much with anything.

Hope you like it?

Let us know. You'll sell at least one bottle to me. If you need a reviewer keep me in mind. I won't blow smoke up anyones behind. My review will be honest and the wife and both love really hot stuff. We're well acquainted with Scotch Bonnet habaneros and love their fruity flavor.

Excellent work Alan! I love making my own hot sauce and actually enjoy it more than anything from the grocery store.

My go-to, easy recipe is:

1-can of Peaches w/ light syrup or juice
~20 Habaneros
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 Tablespoon Salt
3 Tablespoon Lime Juice

Blend her all up and bottle. The flavors calm down after a couple days in the refrigerator.
