Hey, whatever it takes so that “someone “ stays safe.

Lol, exactly!

Yup. Someone in my gym had a circular shaped cut on their forehead. Smile

When Covid locked things down last year my wife moved her cardio workout home with a relatively inexpensive spin bike. She had tried a few app based subscription platforms and found she did not like the 800 lb gorilla, peleton but ended up loving one called Studio Sweat On Demand. It’s a brick and mortar spin studio in San Diego that has a virtual studio as well. You have to enjoy your workouts to actually get into the habit of doing them.

Nice adjustment on that power rack

I’m really happy with this piece. I replaced a four post cage with this two post stand. I was a little hesitant to do that sight unseen because I was concerned about stability. I had nothing to worry about. This thing is rock solid.

Yeah I think it should work great.
Reminds me of a squat rack but usable for a lot of other things.

Ouch, I've got hit in the head because someone had a cap on and forget to look up past it.

Hardhats are bad for that when you're in close quarters like scaffolding.  Some guys would reverse the liners so that it still fit but the visor was at the back.  I'll eventually tidy up the basement and expand the gym space and hopefully reduce the risks of braining myself.  It was a minor cut and hardly bled at all.  Big Grin

Just look around to see who else saw it.

Yeah, hardhats caused me considerable knocks on the hardhat.

I esp' disliked side shields. I'm near sighted and due to that have increased peripheral vision. Also I can see to the rear due to reflections from my eyeglasses. That saved me a number of times. Side shields totally got rid of all my increased vision. Deep dislike for them.

Well, I do have some actual weights, but I sorta' repurposed them.

6 @ 7.5 lbs

(Cocked and loaded.)

Another one:
Single 10 pound weight.

A smaller model, to fall within the size limits for an indoor competition.
The throwing arm length is 95 cm (37").

(Cocked, but not loaded.)

At rest, after firing:

I did win the prize for accuracy.

Both are what I would call "Tennis Ball Class Trebuchets", although street hockey balls (66 g) are far better for the purpose than tennis balls (57 g). I was getting 35-40 meters of range with the first one.

Where is the exercise? Going back and forth fetching the balls that were fired off.
