Hi From Beautiful Traverse City, MI

I've been DE shaving for about a year now (previously a long time cart user) Am loving all aspects of DE shaving. I've used a lot of razors, brushes, soaps and aftershaves. I am really looking forward to being a member of this community and continuing to learn about this hobby.

About 25 years ago, when I was looking for a location to set up my medical practice after my training, I interviewed with the medical center in Traverse City when the Autumn leaves were changing. It was gorgeous. The only reason I did not move there was because I had lots of family still living in Washington state. I'm sure I would have loved to live there.

Welcome to DFS, John.  Traverse City is, indeed, an absolutely beautiful part of Michigan.  I had the good fortune to visit there about seven or eight years ago and can see why people so love it.

Welcome, I used to spend summers on West Traverse Lake and eventually became a camp counselor (2-years) at Interlochen Music Camp. A beautiful area of the State!
