Henson Al13 Razor - From the Guys Who Brought You The ISS

Asked my wife to try my Medium Henson next time she did her legs............. 1 shave and she kicked her pink Lady Gillette to the curb. She loves the shave better so a Blue one was what she picked for herself and has been ordered. I don't care for the $10 (25%) jump in price though....................

I'm pretty sure the price went up when they instituted free shipping (which was $10 to the US). Should be the same price, at least for one razor.

Pretty sure it ran @$50 with shipping and is now $59.99 shipped so still looks about a 20% jump to me.......................That was my recollection anyway...

PS - Yes I know it's $50 at WCS and you could get free shipping sometimes but they don't have the selection of colors there that the Henson site has

It's $59.99 USD, free shipping for the Razor and 100 Astra blades.

I'm guessing you ordered the Astra pack? It's a fair price for 100 blades, if she likes them. Otherwise, you may be looking at CAD not USD?

Nope,  I guess it's more for a color. I ordered her the men's in blue medium as that's what she wanted. When you first looked at the ad it said $49.99 and as soon as you click on a color it showed $59.99. Now you have me wondering if I have to look and they automatically added blades which I certainly did not want. I'll have to check the order details.

Yes, I just checked the order and even went to the website and did the same thing I did before. As soon as you click on a color it adds the blades and UPS the price. Then you have to deselect it but I didn't know that. Sneaky way to upsell. At least at the drive-thru they ask if you want a large etc.... I guess it's on me and I should have investigated further when the price ticked up, I just assumed it was because of the color choice. My bad, live and learn

I think Hensontech mentioned they were unsure if they’d do aggressive version in aluminum at this point.

Very likely could be as you guys are way above my pay grade . I emailed them this morning as it hasn't shipped so hopefully it'll get sorted out. Never cared for the Astra blades although I know they work great for many others.

Jonathan at Henson reached out to me and got my mistake fixed so we are all set now. Thanks Hensontech
