Help with Razor Identification

Hi any one identify this razor? I have quite a few straights and safety razors most easily identifiable but have been unable to find anything on this one. The scales are inlaid withe Top O'The League reg the blade is etched withe the same and Ten Years Guarantee. the tang says Forged and Hollow Ground in Germany. Maybe a F Ern razor? I have seen his with the porcelin? Tang

Thanks I thought it may be as well, I also saw a Clauss Fremont with a almost identical blade but no covering on the tang. I thought maybe being Fremont Ohio Top of the league might make since but not finding much at all about it. Cheers, Happy Shaving Tony.

I tend to agree. The "10 Years Guarantee" was a slogan ERN put on a group of their own-branded razors. I own one (terrific shaver, BTW) and have seen others including one written in Spanish.
