No.... I've never used Instagram before. though I did reply to one of his Facebook posts on the Karve Facebook page to the same effect and thus far no response there either.

I've emailed 3x but no response at all so I've really no idea whether he's received or read the emails at all. I rather hope when it's sent (I believe about 6 weeks) that it doesn't go to my old home address. Fingers crossed on this. I know it's a small business and all though it would be handy if emails regarding orders were read and replied to.

I've no concerns about the razor itself as a mate got one and it's a fantastic razor though it could prove problematic if I never receive it if sent to the wrong address.  Sad

I can see how that could be worrisome.  Have you tried reaching him via Instagram?

It seems that he doesn't check DMs too

I left some messages but they still remain unread.

Yeah, I don't know the answer to this. The product may be first class though the lack of basic support is troubling to say the least. I get that he's a one man show though I've dealt with others who are over the years also and usually at least get a reply after a week or so. This side of things needs improvement.

I think Ive found him on a Facebook group. I’ll try messaging directly on there and see how I go. Fingers crossed.

From personal experience, he responded pretty quickly when I brought up filing a Paypal case for failure to refund a canceled order. A year later, I threw caution to the winds and placed another order, which after 6 weeks still was not fulfilled. Constant emails after that finally got him to respond that he "archived" my order, which I guess is another way of saying he just plumb forgot. To his credit, he quickly shipped the razor at his cost. I love the Overlander, but the abysmal customer service really dampens the positive vibes.

I am currently just waiting for the order to be fulfilled. The email automatically sent after placing the order says it will take up to 4 weeks to prepare, which is approximately April 10.

If the status doesn't change then, I will again send one more email to be make sure that mine is in the process.

Having the same issue for 5 years is not a great endorsement of your business.

I think its been widely stated that CS is not his fortay and its proven he could care less about it with all the complaints which btw, come from people that know full well of this very thing so imo, most shouldn't be able to complain because they were aware of his lack of communication in the beginning so why even bring it up? The only question I have is how is everyone enjoying those Titanium razors they were on that wait list for?   Winking

I'm gonna be fine with the order if he doesn't miss the order. But the status 'unfulfilled' for a month can make people worried or anxious because it could make people think that Chris has missed the orders.

Public service announcement?

I'm grateful for the info: if I had to have some of this hardware, I'd seek it secondhand and not send good money off into a black hole of radio silence.
