To add to what Stickshift said, I have the Ti Efficient, Yates 921 (M, H and EH), and Timeless Ti95. I also have a Chris Bradley, but the really gnarly F/G plates, so not really a comparison here so I'll leave that one out.
For me, the Ti Efficient is similar to the Ti95, and I think I agree with Stickshift that its about similar to Yates H plate. For me, the EH is definitely more efficient AND more comfortable to shave with and is a very easy daily razor that leaves no irritation, no cuts, and a fantastic BBS. I have a stainless Yates, but love it so much I just ordered a Ti version with the Hybrid EH plate and am expecting it to arrive today. Personally, in all the razors I have and have tried (a lot) the Yates 921EH is the most comfortable and most efficient, bar none. TiBird is close, but not nearly as comfortable IMHO.
The Ti Efficient is definitely a milder version though I think, feels very much like autopilot, and is very forgiving. Its quite efficient, and I like the large size, it feels like there's a lot of coverage in each pass. I usually only do a two pass shave with a little touching up, and both the Ti Efficient and the Yates will give very good, long lasting BBS shaves every time, without effort.
The one interesting thing I find though is that the Ti Efficient has a very long lasting effect - that is - the BBS seems to last longer than just about any razor I have. Its right up there with the Yates, maybe even longer.
The best blade for me with the above is the Gillette Platinum.
The Ti95 is a nice smooth, comfortable shave that I think accels in ATG. Not quite as efficient, but pretty good. Its very easy to use, and I think I'll keep it in the stable.
So, to round it out - my favorite high efficiency razors are Yates 921EH, Ti Efficient, Ti Blackbird, Ti95, and Konsul. The ones I have in the stable that I don't care for are my Tataras (Masamune and Muramasa). I can't seem to get a good or comfortable shave with them, they seem wildly inefficient, and to get the Muramasa to shave efficiently even a little bit makes it very uncomfortable to me. So if anyone wants a Muramasa, let me know
