My friend made a new shaving bowl for me, I love it. 
Want to share here.

That's a thing of beauty my friend.

Based in comparison to the size of the hand, it should be a great size... Not too big, not too small. The angle on that handle loop ought to add some versatility to how you hold it. The large wave pattern on the bottom seems like it would do well to encourage lathering. The style is off the charts.

If you would, report back on how it did in lather building... I suspect it will be very very good.

Your friend has quite a bit of talent.


EDIT: just saw the post for bowl number two. Looks very similar, but my bet is the unique handle on bowl number one Will provide a lot more versatility.

The first two with the blue resin are stunning. He could easily sell those for good money. I definitely think some ridges on the bottom of the bowl would be a plus, but not a deal breaker. Tell your friend very nice stuff.

Thanks a lot for the comment. I will tell him.
He is doing only for hobby and fun. He doesn't have any store.
He is just relaxing by making shaving products.
