FYI: West Coast Shaving has in stock as of 9:00pm Pacific on 11/7/19 Grooming Dept Cascade and Sandalwood Nobile. I just ordered a backup of Sandalwood Nobile.

How strong is the sandalwood in nobile? Is it blended with any other scents?

This base is another home run from GD. I have recently tried M&M Kodiak and Milksteak and my face likes Aion better. If Ruds doesn’t give it a score of 100, I will seriously question his review criteria.

He always underrates GD. Not sure what his issue is...real...imagined or what...I’ve questioned his review criteria for some time now...

He also rates SV pretty low which is why I don't care too much for his reviews.

Sandalwood nobile has a scent of Oud/Agarwood to my nose.  It is really pleasant.

I got three Cascade, absolutely best scent of GroomingDept.

I find that BaM Clusterfig AS splash is a great compliment for post shave.

It is just one person's subjective view and it shouldn't be taken as the most authoritative just because they have a YouTube channel. We all enjoy different things. 

I received Aion yesterday and as mentioned above it smells woody but I will add that I get some pine from it too. I like the scent. I haven't lathered it yet and may not until December.

If it is not too personal, may I ask why the wait until December? Perchance is it Movember related?

I decided to grow it till out till at least Thanksgiving and it happens to be Movember too. Longest i've gone without shaving is about 5-6 days. Today is day 7 so I want to see if I can do it.

Best of luck, Greg and I don't think I could even go one day without shaving as I shave both my face and dome, every day.
