I did have an extra tracking number but after a few emails I just called and great customer service WestCoastShaving got it figured out. I do like the customer service, and got my grooming Department soap to me in a very acceptable time.

I've never had an issue through WCS, just received Marlogue Wood a day earlier than promised and had the same with GroomingDept Charbon when I ordered that as well

I ordered Melody and Maleki from West Coast Shaving and they shipped it FedEx ground. It took 15 days to arrive. Because it was over a pound it went ground.

When I ordered just one tub of Charbon, it was under a pound and was shipped USPS first class. It arrived in 3 days.

Had I ordered Melody and Maleki separately they would have arrived sooner via USPS first class. Instead the order was bundled together and went via ground from North Carolina to Oregon.

Mo just recently started charging for shipping on orders placed on the GD website. Ironically, shipping of the first batch of soap orders after instituting a shipping charge was delayed until yesterday, due to a delay in receiving the labels.

And your point here is what? I personally see zero relationship or correlation between instituting postage fees and an unanticipated delay in receiving shipping labels.....For Mo or any other vendor...

Exactly....that’s why it’s ironic!

Edit: By the way, I think the delay was in getting the soap labels, not the shipping labels.

Irony: A state of affairs or an event that seems deliberately contrary to what one expects and is often amusing as a result.

The first time Mo’s customers have to pay for shipping they experience a shipping delay....outside of Mo’s control. That’s ironic.

And that concludes the lesson for today.

I've just got my first order from WestCoastShaving (for the record, it made it to Luxembourg in 10 business days plus few days for customs clearance), which includes GD Cascade: out of the tub I can smell the citrus and green/floral notes: very pleasant scent!

Now I'm waiting for my first order directly from GD :-)
