There are some great suggestions for me here.

I love Peaky Blinders, though it is a different genre than the one's I'm referring to. Peaky Blinders strikes me as more action-adventure. These shows are more laid back. When violence occurs, you don't see it most of the time.

I like action-adventure, though they can get me jacked up and I like to relax with shows like these.

Pete - I'm sorry ... it was not my intent to take this thread off-topic. To circle back around, Foyle's War has been added to my Netflix queue! I will make sure to follow-up with my review!

jnaff811 , no need to apologize at all. Also, Peaky Blinders is an awesome series. It's one that I'll watch over and over when I can't find something else.

In thinking about it, I would love to hear some of your favorite streaming shows or movies, regardless of genre.

Here are some of my favorites:

Netflix

Blue Bloods
Bones
Ms. Fishers Murder Mysteries (this is like British humor, but is Australian)
Hawaii 5-0
The Glades (Police action)
Frontier (Similar to and every bit as good at Pikey Blinders)
Turn: Washington's Spies (Very gritty and violent)
Battle Creek (cop humor show)
Heartland (If you liked The Walton's when you were a kid, this show is for you)
The Doctor Blake Mysteries (If you like the Foyle's War type shows you will like this)
Anne with an E (If you like Father Brown you'll like this one.)
Crossing Lines (police action adventure)
Limitless

I'm a huge Broadchurch lover, and I really like to watch all seasons. Unfortunately, they closed the project in 2017. Hopefully, I discovered the information on the tvcancelrenew.com site that the producers of Broadchurch are discussing the possibility of a remake of this old tv show in a new design, and I expect they will make the Sherlock like rebranding and will create a modern interpretation of the Broadchurch series. Have a great day, gents!
