It is.
Just to clarify, the TALLOW AOS soap is discontinued but you can still find it...let me know if you need help Smile
I do not recommend the current AOS soap (like if you go into their shop now).

The old tallow formula was made by Valobra in Italy.

So Valobra was just bought out by Proraso... If we get current Valobra are we getting a proxy for pre P&G AOS? LOL!!

I definitely think the AOS tallow (especially unscented) is better than the Valobra tallow. The Valobra scents are pretty lame too. Not that the AOS scents (in the tallow formula) were that great either... I'm recommending them strictly for performance.
