Oh boy! So here's the deal. It's hard to find a soap that is not good now. A great place to start would be at Maggards.com and get some samples of anyone they carry. That'll let you know who's soap you dig and then you can hunt up scents you like.

There are just so many great soaps, nowadays. Any of the reputable artisanal soaps will be just fine.
The suggestion, above, might be a good place to start, if you are in the US. Also, there is the Merchant section, on this site, if you want to peruse there for a soap:

Best of luck.

oh man. I would immediately head over to https://www.stirlingsoap.com/. Great products at an unbelievable price point.

btw - switching from Williams to any of the newer more popular soap artisans will be like switching from wiping your butt with newspaper to wiping it with a sheet of silk. Enjoy the journey.

If you’re moving from Williams:

* Shannon’s soaps (moisturizing)
* Stirling Soaps (volume for a decent price)
* Oleo Soapworks (has many good scents in an excellent duck fat base)
* Southern Witchcrafts (best vegan out there I bet)
* Stubble Buster (absolute cheapest with good quality out there)
