Thanks for all the support gents.

Now that i have all these great items coming my way i can get really into straight razor shaving.

Can anyone recommend a decent beginners strop, thats not too pricey, and i can get quickly without waiting too long?

Newspaper, canvas, denim or linen will all work to smooth your edge until you can get the leather one you want...

Congrats elig and thanks baddad. Elig, you are going to use the strop every day. Don't go too cheap. Larry at Whipped Dog has a fair price on his poor mans strop if that works.
