Hi all.I am a member on an Aussie forum and have found this place after checking out others,and I seem to like the "feel" here.Have been using carts and Palmolive shave sticks with cheap supermarket brushes most of my shaving life,then received a Ballend Tech and a 40% tub of Mondial soap,as a PIF in late January.That seems to have been the end of me.I am single dad of two girls,one turned ten last month,and the other turning 11 next month,and finances are,tight,so I get what I can when I can with some planning.Regularly use straights.A nice clean Bengall,Filarmonica Inox 13 and a Parker 34R shavette style.Also have procured two Semogue brushes,have total of four soaps...Proraso,MWF,Haslinger and the Mondial... and have a short handle tech and Mingshi clone,around 150 blades too with 50 Polsilvers my last purchase.
Eldest daughter is of the age that she is now shaving her legs,so started her with the short handle tech and will be getting her a EJ DE with a nice lavender coloured handle for her birthday.I may even slip in the odd shave with it myself.
