Had to check, and on October 28 Folsom said on Facebook that all orders would ship the following Monday. Seems as if that didn't happen. I hope all is OK on their end.

I went by what was stated on their website. Says at the top all orders will take 1 to 2 weeks. Will look at shooting them an email for any update.

You're one of the fortunate ones then. Mine still is in "pre-shipment" status as of 10/24. I've cancelled my order. That's just unacceptable to me.

Originally, I did see the notice of shipping taking up to two weeks, so the delay isn't a surprise.

My order still hasn't moved. I'll give it a few more days before sending an inquiry. (Last I checked, I won't be running out of aftershave for a number of days.)

My shipping status hasn't changed either. Sent them an e-mail just now for more specific shipping dates. Out of curiosity how did you cancel your order? I didn't see an option to do this; or did you cancel it via your credit card account?

This is kind of a shame. I was looking at the Black Powder and the Shambala, maybe the Capri. To go away for a while and come back stumbling must stink for them. Maybe they will right the ship soon.

I haven't officially cancelled it I guess. I emailed him and asked that he cancel my order and issue a refund. I'm not sure he'll do it. I've heard nothing but good things about his aftershaves, so I was excited when I saw he was back. I understand about the 1-2 week delay in shipping, but I put my order in 10/18. I didn't get a response until 10/24 which was basically a week later. Now, it's 11/5 and the status hasn't changed since 10/24. If there was some sort of "hiccup" with his system, it would have been nice to have been personally notified instead of left hanging. I just think this could have been handed better. I've received products from the UK faster than this.
