Do you have a soap that you've never tried because you automatically think it's inferior? That's what WSP was to me. I never really had a good reason to think this, but for some reason I did. Well, yesterday I was cleaning out some stored shaving stuff and I ran across a WSP Barbershop sample. I decided to press it into a mug and give it a shot. WOW! This stuff was amazing. It lathered, with my synthetic, extremely easily. The lather was nice and creamy. I like soaps that leave a lot of slickness on my face. The top two I have for this are Arko and Xpec. WSP was right up there with them. It might actually be the perfect compromise since it doesn't stink like Arko and isn't ridiculously expensive like Xpec. If anyone has the opportunity to try it out, I highly recommend it.

I agree Ben- WSP is a great soap. Mahogany is one of my favorite scents of ANY soap and the performance across the line is top notch. The formula is inspired by MdC and absolutely delivers on a more cost conscientious version IMHO.

Only minor beef I have is the container size and the fact that I hardly ever receive one that hasn't been beat up a bit Smile

I love WSP. Great products and they are available on Amazon Prime which makes them a winner for me.

WSP Soaps are top notch. I say that not as a retailer who carries their soaps, but as a wetshaver.

Their Rustic and Formula T soaps are both great performers. Thick, rich lather with great cushion and glide. Plenty of slickness in each.
My favorite of theirs is Ol' Kentucky followed by Mahogany as a close second. Really good soaps. I highly recommend them.

The only problem I find with their soap was said before - container size. They fill it all the way to the top, so the small diameter and no room for lather makes for a very messy experience. The soap is fantastic and one of my favorites, but I tend to like bigger brushes so a bigger tub would be better. #firstworldproblems

I tried WSP for the first time today thanks to a sample trade I did with jnaff811. It was the rustic formula Black Amber Vanille. Very nice scent and strong too, which I like. Awesome lather too so no complaints here! I want to try the Formula T as well.

I really like WSP - I haven't tried Formula T yet.
The Gaelic Tweed is an amazing scent, and Tobacco is one of my wife's favorites.

The tin size is my only complaint as well. Great soaps. One of my top 5 favorite brands.
