Andrew, have you tried just compressing the soap into the other part of the tub to even it out?

yes, and it didn't work out so well, so I stopped. it probably needs to be heated up again so the soap softens up some and then spread out in the tub. maybe I'll reach out to Scott to see what he recommends.

Scott did a custom scent for kwsher called Sonoma Valley, I believe, and it smells fantastic.  I'm not sure if he released it anywhere or what though.
He didn't andrewjs18 but it is a great scent. One of a kind as it turns out as he and I went mad scientist and due to the complexity, this exact scent can't be duplicated again in future.

Love the soap and the performance is fantastic as well!

And a BRILLIANT scent it is!

Agreed. It's a shame it's not available for general purchase.

Well, shucks, thanks y'all Smile

Sonoma Valley will, unfortunately, never be made again. I had a bit of a mishap when blending it (used a combination of 5ml pipettes and what turned out to be .5ml pipettes instead of 1ml). I know all of the notes that went into it but my notes became invalid once I realized the pipettes weren't the size I thought they were so I quit taking notes and started following my nose.

In response to OP, I've never heard of Nancy Boy Cream but the Seinfeld fan in me is convinced that they took the name from Season 6, Episode 9 when Kenny Banya said "your nancy boy cream leaked all over the pockets, suit's ruined."

And a great nose it is! I was unaware of the circumstances of its creation and that its a once only but that gives me one more reason to cherish my tub of Sonoma Valley. Each time I use it, it is one shave closer to extinction! Unfortunately I can't help myself Big Grin

Its interesting how Seinfeld-isms have permeated the fabric of society. There will eventually have to be college sociology courses taught on the show.

Funnily enough, I wrote a paper in a literature in class relating Seinfeld to...Voltaire? Can't remember, now, but I remember getting an A on it (it was an in-depth analysis of the meta-ness of Season 4 and their attempt to create the show "Jerry").

Glad you're enjoying SV - I still have a very small amount of the fragrance blend and may try to recreate it next spring..

Shannon's Soaps shaving soap is one that doesn't seem to get a lot of attention. I've been using this one in my loose rotation of soaps for over a year now and always get great shaves with it. It provides a very slick lather for me.

I agree, I used Shannon's Haymarket Vetiver the other day and the scent is awesome. Earthy but not in a dirty way, much more complex than woodlands. Great artistic twist on the classic vetiver scent, and top notch performance as well.
