Traditional pancakes and waffles get butter and real maple syrup. But I don't always make traditional pancakes and waffles. Other forms of pancakes can get nutella, jam, or even a savory filling.
My favorite topping for Bagels and English muffins has to be whipped cream cheese with homemade smoked 'lox. I love the stuff. But I don't make gravlox all that often. An English muffin or English muffin bread with that treatment makes for a fine breakfast.

I love lemon curd, and it's incredibly easy to make! It's just a fraction of the cost of what the supermarket wants.
Lately I've been buying chips called "Eat your vegetables", they're made with beans and veggies. The flavor I've been getting is Olive oil and Italian herb and they are incredibly delicious.
Edit: If anyone wants a recipe for really easy lemon curd that doesn't need to be strained to remove the lumps let me know.

I have not tried those but just Googled them- they are available at both Whole Foods and a local market here so am going to pick some up! Very interesting flavors including Korean BBQ which I would definitely give a run.
Thanks for the tip!
