Secondly, for me the conversion rate was still coming to be around 300+ USD, whereas your illustration shows 260+ approx USD.

I had no problems getting the free shipping and all of the discounts. Where are you having the razor shipped? I think you only get the taxes removed if shipping Stateside.

It looks like the only option (shipping wise) for you will be 'World Tracked Shipping' which is different from my option of 'untracked free shipping'.

Please send me an email / pm with your PayPal email & I will send a request. Because of the value these will be sent tracked anyway. Unfortunately some locations have to be tracked shipping only.

My cart was showing around $282, PayPal & banks do charge for conversion so you may pay closer to $300 USD.
