Can you guys please reccomend me an earthy, green and mossy fougere scented soap.I absolutely love topanga fougere by lassc and saponificio varesino so don't include these.
I also prefer the stronger scents...
I am looking for ttffc-fougere and van yulay-fougere.Are the strong scented and green?
Thank you all...

Martin de Candre Fougere
Barrister & Mann Baudelaire (soon to be released again)
Valobra Fougere, though a mild scent, still an awesome performer
Cold River Soap Works Select Fougere Moderne, might be too mild for you

If you can't find the scent you are looking for, here is a solution for you.

Do a super lather, mixing a fresh Fougere with an earthy woody scent.

For instance, if Martin de Candre is too fresh for you, mix it in a SUPERLATHER with I Coloniali ( soap or cream, both are earthy and EXCELLENT)

If you want an earthy, PAA Dirt smells to me like the inside of a greenhouse.
Tiki Fougerè is among my favorite in that category as well.
I might also recommend Shaver's Heaven "Neroli & Vetiver" if you can find it.

Though not as earthy as PAA Dirt, but Beaver Woodright's Phillips fougere is good.

I also vote for the B&M Baudelaire. The fougere santal by Reef Point has some good wood notes. These two would be my favorites at the moment.

Thank you guys for the great response...
Some of your ideas were grat and also some of your suggestions.
Reef point santal is an oriental fougere for example. So although it is earthy it is not exactly a fougere scent. Not a classical one to be more specific.
I hear the same for CRSW fougere moderne where some say it smells like tabac. Thanks for clarifying that it is mildly scented. That was very informative...
I am sure to buy beaudelaire for sure.I am also interested in ~the shaving shop~ fougere offers.
I sure have to check paa dirt although they are mediocre performers for me(pasty lather that clogs my razors).I know they offer strong scents and a large variety so this is a plus.
Are there any more suggestiosn as ttffc fougere?Any more reviews on how the scents smell?
Thank you my firends...

p.s i thought tierra humeda(wet earth) was e vetiver scent. Is it really a fougere one?

You are correct. My apologies. I don't know what I was thinking. I guess I have tried way too many soaps. Big Grin

rhtoras I don't care for the scent of Tabac and don't get any similar notes from CRSW Fougere Moderne. I have not used it in a while but may have to break it out tomorrow to refresh but it is a green, fresh scent. Not as powdery and floral as Tabac.

Also, on the PAA if it is pasty and clogging your razors sounds like it may not be hydrated quite enough? I have only recently tried PAA products but have found the performance to be solid and not pasty, etc. although fairly water tolerant.

Good luck!

I also find tiera humeda interesting although a vetiver and this might be a fougere's cousin!!!
