DR Harris EDT - metering port?

Anyone purchased Harris EDT lately? If so, did it have a plastic metering port? I've gone through several bottles, and they've all had metering ports. My latest bottle from a popular vendor does not. The vendor said their stock does not have a metering port????

Point of clarification: Do you mean your bottle does not have a "flow restrictor"? Do you have an old bottle? Can you just insert it into your EdT bottle?

Thanks,  I'm going to return it. DR Harris confirmed they ship with "flow restrictors".   I try to avoid supporting dishonest vendors....
