I actually have the GFT Rose soap (in a bowl) and it lathers very well indeed. No problems at all. I don't think I've ever tried their Eucris.
Ah, yes. I’m sure you are right, Yohann. Sorry about that, grim! I totally forgot that many of the Trumper creams exist in both tube and tub form…
Incidentally, as I was looking at the various Trumper products available on Amazon, I noticed that the Eucris hard soap has rather favorable reviews there. Some people do mention challenges with the lather, but I’m guessing the scent affects the outcome of many reviews quite positively.

GFT Tube only creams are Eucris and Spanish Leather. I don't know why they don't sell tubs. Maybe its because the scents are old, a hundred or more years old, traditional, and they simply can make more money that way. OTH, the tubs of cream are a much better value. I have no idea how some of the online shave shops stay in business as they will sell at full list price of $18 for a tube and $30 for the tub, whereas Amazon sell, changing constantly, as low as ~$13 and $17 with free shipping. That means the tub price SHIPPED is cheaper than the list price of a tube.
I have read the soaps are no longer all that good so I haven't bothered buying one. GFT samples, OTH, are easy to find.

It truly would be nice to have Eucris or Spanish Leather as a tub option. And yes, it’s amazing how the prices for these products fluctuate on Amazon. It’s almost like following a volatile stock on the market.

I finished a bottle of Thayer's witch hazel. The only shave item I've ever finished.

Finished a stick of Kell's Hemp shaving soap - Energy scent. The scent was quite synthetic and not really my thing, but the soap performed pretty well.....on par with the other glycerine-based soaps I've used.
I won't be buying the Energy scent again, but I still have a couple of pucks of Kells to use.
