Nobody needs another brush.  Now want is another matter.  The good news is these Semogue brushes are pretty inexpensive.  Its the commitment to breaking them in that costs.  Last time I looked Top of The Chain had both of these in stock.

You absolutely don't need another brush Dave. HOWEVER... if you don't have a Semogue, you really do.

Prepping 2 more Vintage brushes with new Boar knots. They're both STAR brushes. 1 plastic and 1 Bones handle. I found that the "Set in Rubber" Stars have a metal ring that I assume was around the hair and was then set in the hot/liquid rubber to set up. 1st came out in pieces and 2nd I got out whole. The bone handle got an Oumo Knot and the plastic got a Boti Knot. Unsure if the Boti will set well and stay as I had to go deep with a bed of silicone 1st. I can always redo it if need be. The Stirling Boar after buying in November 2019 has had ample time to break in. It sheds like crazy and is as stiff as the day it was bought 2 years ago. Knot will be replaced with an acceptable one.

Today it was the Semogue OC Taj Resin boar. Really excellent. I lathered up the DFS Wholly Kaw 2021 LE soap that I received a couple of days ag. Siero base is excellent. Scent is nice - very similar to several other WK soaps.

Vintage Travel Bone Handle Star. Tried to get some pics to show how tiny this little guy is that gave me, just barely, but gave me 3 passes without revisiting the tub.
