BRUSH EPILOGUE:
It's been a while since my brush did a Greg Louganis into the porcelain princess. From that day I knew I would replace it with something better. I love butterscotch and I also mess around making turning blanks that my son whittles on his lathe so I went to mixing colors to find a scotchie that I liked. Well fellas, here it is! I made it out of epoxy with the hope that it will "patina" quicker with exposure to UV light. As it is, I feel I got the color just where I wanted it. I wanted to put a knot in it that would match the handle and after sorting through all the candidiates, I ended up harvesting a knot out of an Omega Pro and sunk it deeper than a factory brush to keep it from being too big on my face. Boar was the right choice and this boar knot is exceptional. 27mm of porcine pleasure.
