I have Tabac and quite like the scent.  I do find it somewhat drying and believe the best of our artisans run rings around it in that department.  However, I'd have to be with Dave in KY on this and tend to lean more towards florals and citrus scents.  Tabac is a great scent when it's overcast, drizzly, and a day you have to go into work even though you'd rather stay home and just relax.  Florals and citrus, on the other hand, are for bright sunny days when you can't wait to get out there and start your day.  Living where I do, most times its going to be florals and citrus-1; Tabac-0. So a few things have come to the den today. Some brush knots that I'm trying to decide on for the handle from Paul @stubbledaddy Still 1 more slowly coming from APShaveCo a Synbad. A French Famex Razor and a generous gift of a limited soap from Charlie on the 30DC on TSD.

So far I'm leaning to the Brown synthetic but waiting until the Synbad comes in hopefully Monday to be sure.

Whooyee! Those are some nice knots! And you may already know, I love the SynBad knot. I did find that I like a higher loft, does that mean set higher? I have one knot that is set lower, so it seems like it has more backbone.

That handle is great looking, too! Nice job, Stubble Daddy!
