Interesting razor Dave in KY … it really does look like a potato peeler! How does it shave?

Honestly it isn't as manueverable or slim head like the Vector but it has me considering keeping it and selling the Vector. The shave is smoother than the Vector although bulkier and the finsh is similar for me.

I feel I should explain my reasoning. I know I have a lot of razors but when it comes to modern ones I don't need duplicates in a category. If the end result is the same from each the $45 razor gets the nod while the $200+ one goes on the chopping block........I do have a frugal side to me. Rolleyes Big Grin

1 day break from Single Edges to use a loaned razor once and get it back to it's owner. I'm nervous holding family heirloom razors for long as I see them as irreplaceable. Thanks Rob ExtraProtein Everyone have a great day !!

Great shave Dave! I love the huge variety of vintage razors. My face is fickle, and I usually end up getting in trouble trying new things like such. It's nice to live vicariously through your videos, though. Lol.

Regarding the Island Estate... You're lucky. I love (sweet) vanilla, but all I got was bay, spice, and it started to portray a Noxema-esque scent in the end. C'est la vie.

Have a good day!
