Thanks Chris, heading out for some disc golf now. I've use North Shore since Delta Echo closed shop for cerakote finishes and Back Roads Gold for the Red Tip and Fat Boy and was satisfied with them. There could be others that are better that I'm not aware of. Best to do a post for current opinions to be sure if getting anything done. Hope you and yours are well too  Happy2

GearNoir, did you get a Brass General now !!! or just preparing for when ? If so BIG Congrats Man !!!

Thanks Dave! Yea all the family is good. The missus and I are vaccinated and everyone is healthy; can’t complain!

Yes, I found one at a different place in pretty darn good condition. It should be arriving in the next day or two. I’m pretty stoked! This may be it for me as far as razors unless something pretty landmark comes along. Already going to try and sell a couple seldom used things to help cover some of the dent in the wallet the General and getting it plated will have made.  Happy2

This is an interesting one as the h is silent.  The w sound comes from the ue=ooay.

I have two soaps by Joserra.  Both perform on a top tier basis.  One I consider to be the finest tobacco scent that I have--Rodrigo de Jerez.  I have never regretted spending the money on that one.
You trying to cause me to lose my mind Glenn. Just confirmed that Mike sent it when he returned my Vector. You been in the Florida heat too long Buddy Tongue

Razor: GE Jones Shake Sharp
Blade: Wizamet (7) Double Stacked
Brush: SV 2.0 Bamboo
Soap: T&S Sicily 1508.5
AS 1: Humphrey's Alcoholado Maravilla 70
AS 2: T&S Sicily
Fragrance: BVLGARI Aqva Amara
Consecutive Daily Shaves - 901

The 1508.5 continues and is reaching a tipping point. The ring around the tub has lifted and broke. It has been mushed together into the tub again and appears to be close to being killed now. The GE Jones Shake Sharp is a razor that I had my interest raised in by Jeff Jgreenepa I'm thankful to have been directed to it and the double stacking of 2 de blades in it. Few if any can match it's combination of smoothness and effectiveness for me. Just an amazing shave today and in for a long one. Enjoy your day Everyone !

Wow, call the coroner Dave, that tub is almost dead. What do you think 3-4 more shaves? It's always hard.to gauge, but TS is a soft soap, I think... And that's only a small smudge of soap (is that a word??).

I'm going to get in early here with the 'Good Job'. Lol.

Brush: Techichi "The Hive"
Soap: T&S Sicily 1508.5

Amazing shave with a fresh Proline in the Vector. Hit the Sicily 1508.5 again to have tomorrow free for Williams Wednesday. The Sicily is giving the broken pieces at times on the face when lathering but I just repressed it in the tub so we'll see if it continues again next shave. Just a few shaves left for it. The Avon juice is nice but doesn't seem to have duration but still a nice scent. Happy shaves and day Everyone !

The Vector was whisker whacking in Maine, as well!  Shave 2 on the Protouch MG. I like the Vector so much, I am considering using it until I grow antsy for using a different razor (which could be days or a day!). Thanks again for introducing/enabling me to this wonderful tool!

So glad it worked for you and had you looking at other razors that have made you happy too Eric. Every time I use it, I'm reminded of my journey thru a ton of SE Artist Club razors and the 1st strokes I had with the Vector were like night and day for me compared to all the others. Shane Blackland Razors hit this WAY out of the park for me at least.
