Yeah, and a lot of the issues appear to be on the U.S. side of things. To be clear, given my timelines compared to others, I'm not complaining (yet). Just providing an anecdote.
A friend of mine in Hong Kong sent me a package using a local shipping solution via DHL eCommerece, and ultimately USPS for ultimate delivery. He sent it July 6 (my date & time); it milled around HK for several days, but landed in O'Hare in Chicago July 10. DHL tracking shows it seemingly going back and forth between facilities in Chicago area for almost a week, the final activity is from July 16: TENDERED TO DELIVERY SERVICE PROVIDER
Nothing since. USPS tracking shows as "Pre-Shipment" with a label printed on July 9.
I've read guys on various fora after the recent Razorock Hawk release of lengthy delays via USPS out of Chicago (apparently Italian Barber shipments all cleared through there?).
