Current state of Truefitt & Hill's hard soaps?

Have you tried Truefitt & Hill's hard soap lately? I've heard rumors that they may be making a latherable product again. 

I enjoy their Apsley fragrance (it's a Terre d'Hermès homage), and I would be interested in ordering the hard soap in the wooden bowl if it made a tolerable lather.

According to this, the Apsley is a good formula, but the others are still the older bad formula.
I had the 1805 and it was no good.
