I may try this, at some point.
At the moment, I am taking some CBD capsules to help with pain from overuse of my body riding my bike to work most days and playing football (soccer) with younger guys and it is working extremely well with no negative effects.  Shy

what brand(s) of cbd capsules are you using?

As well as backing off of the strength of the tea I've been working on dosing it better. In the AM upon rising I take 10 ounces of it on an empty stomach. Then when I feel I need more, after 3pm, but it can be as late as 8PM, I take another 1/2 glass. Then a few hours later, before bed I take another 1/2 glass.

A friend of ours also bought some dry herb and one afternoon she played too much with her grandchild. She was hurting that night. Before bed she took a mug of it (too strong IMO as it was quite bitter from her description). Then she went to bed. When she was rolling over she was in pain. 30 Minutes later she rolled over again and realized, "Holy smoke, no pain!".

Edit: I forgot! I recently had the flu, or so I assume after thinking about it some. I was testing the wild lettuce and one day got the rune which I attributed to a food that I don't frequently use. Since it was old it got the blame. I've since found out that even w/o refrigeration it can't go bad. I also got a pretty bad cough that the wild lettuce couldn't handle so I brought out the cherry bark tincture and Tylenol 3 (1/2 tab). They controlled the cough. But I still had the runs. Now this entire time I had no aches or fever. I was scratching my head as to what was going on. I thought I was getting bronchitis again, but how to explain the runs? I can't prove it but I bet I had the flu. If so it was absolutely the easiest case of the flu I've ever had. I credit the wild lettuce. I need to see my Dr again to get more Tylenol 3 prescribed for the next time I need it. I only take it as a very last resort and he knows that. But this time I took it because my "cough" muscles (probably the intercostal muscles) were hurting and I simply had to stop the cough. It a rare cough that doesn't succumb to cherry bark tincture alone. (But it tastes horrible!)
