That's a good benchmark to know.

I’m wrong, it’s been a while since I used a WR2.  I used one again, it is a closer shave (WR2 1.25) than the CF.

I like the CF shave better, but the Wolfman gave me 4-5 hours longer BBS results.

Obviously YMMV.

I prefer the CF Legacy to the WR2 0.95 or 1.15, but I'm still looking for the right gap in the WR2. Legacy was more efficient than the 0.95 and smoother than the 1.15.

I agree with this.

Based on what you and dtownvino said I imagine the CF to be in WR2 1.05 territory.

That’s what I’m thinking. My next Wolfman will probably be a WR2 1.05 in Ti, largely for this reason.

Would you say the CF or the 1.25 is smoother between the two?

CF by a lot is smoother for me.

Background - I don’t get along well with the Timeless Ti 95 or slim.

I shave fine with the .54 WR1, like it a lot.

I get along well with the BB but better with the BB Lite in Ti.

I like the Tatara Nodachi in Ti, but it’s efficient and very angle specific.

I like the Paradigm Diamondback 2020, easy shaves.

Of all the razors listed here, it’s closest to the Diamondback 2020 in smoothness.

I would say it’s also close to a Carbon ++ but it’s smoother, less likely to bite for me.

Again YMMV.

I see to remember reading either here or elsewhere that you own a Carbon CX "–" Plate, the mild one.

How does that compare to the Chiseled Face?

Thanks for the breakdown...very helpful.

I was wondering how The Carbon – compared to the Chiseled Face.
