Glad to hear it, Marko. It's quickly becoming my favorite scent of ours just due to its versatility.

The release schedule looks great hawns - some very cool additions to your line card on the horizon.

I spent more time outside than inside this weekend but plan on posting my thoughts on the AS and Toner shortly.

In the meantime, I used the Le Foret de Liguest toner this morning. Great scent as expected and ironically drys down much more to my taste oddly enough. So much so that I checked the ingredients of the two and it seems the toner has witch hazel only and the AS both witch hazel and glycerin [I was on the way out and don't have in front of me but please correct me if I am wrong].

Nonetheless, it was and is a great face feel post shave.

kwsher We do have glycerin in the toner, as well, but perhaps it stands out more in the aftershave because it is more different in consistency than it is within the ingredients of the toner. Basically the aftershave has all the same ingredients as the toner except for lanolin. Those ingredients are in the same proportions with each other (except the witch hazel, which is reduced, and the aloe, which is greatly reduced), but then they are made to be approximately the 40 part in a 60/40 split with alcohol.

Just a guess, but when surrounded by more moisturizing ingredients, then maybe that could cause the glycerin to be less noticeable?

Could very well be although the absolute feel was different- less tacky immediately and even still at this point of the day after a full dry down.

I did mix each [AS and toner] as if I was shaking a can of paint too Smile

hawns , I'm 7 hours out and the La Quatrieme Ville has settled in to a very nice Vetiver prominent scent on my skin - it was actually like that after about 3 hours. Did I mention how much I like vetiver? Its really nice.

Thanks, yeah, that vetiver really has some staying power. And violet leaf has quickly become one of my favorite scent notes, too

Hi Shawn, today being March 1 I decided to go Lavender themed, Tabula Rasa Dark Lavender shaving soap followed by CL Champs de Lavande Toner- really nice. I'm not sure I can say I have one favourite Chatillon Lux product - love them all.

March 1 in Austin is a little Bon and a lot Vivant. I am sorely tempted to drink the stuff I like it so much.

Also, special thanks to Shawn for working with me on the custom stuff which should be both great and inbound in the next few weeks!
