Maggard's has a little aluminum handled badger brush for $25. It's great.

Semogue owner's club is nice. An all around great representative of what badger brushes really have to offer.
Shave yourself.

For the money (less than 40 bucks), the Stirling are pretty good. They don't have the backbone of others (at a slightly higher price), but good nonetheless.

I've heard great things about the Maseto 2 band (60 bucks?), but have yet to use one.

Elite has GREAT knots, and constantly adds new handles. The knots are about 65 bucks (26mm Manchurian). You can order just the knot and have a custom handle made by whomever you choose, or a full brush from Elite. Be forewarned, the knots are oversized, typically a few mm (28 mm requiring a 30mm socket, etc). Should you choose to have a custom handle made, make sure you have the knot in hand before having the handle made!

There are more options out there, but these are a good place to start. Good luck!!!

Maseto gets my vote too, But I like the 30mm finest fan.
