Thanks for the recommendation, have you had any issues with the light tubes?  I’ll look into the +\- if tubes vs LED light source. 

Have you read Why We Sleep by Matthew Walker? It’s a good book with lots of the science of sleep discussed. Dr. Walker has been on several podcasts as well discussing sleep science. Found My Fitness (February 28,2019) is one and The Science of Success (January 3,2018) is another. I found the book very informative.

Yes, in Hinterland in particular whenever they were in danger of showing nice weather they'd just make sure to set the exposure so all the highlights were blown out. Big Grin

I thought this was going to be about shopping at K-mart for the blue light special. My mom called it retail therapy. Smile
