I did the same love the Blackbird and bought the Dart when it released. I’ve revisited it recently and found I get along much better with it, I still like the Blackbird more

I still prefer the Dart over the Blackbird in all aspects. The Dart gets more shave time than my Wolfman...

Absolutely.

The head of the Dart has a sleeker profile. The handle of the Dart is much easier to grip and the overall balance is better.

Fair enough. Great to hear you enjoy it as much as you do. We are truly fortunate to have such a plethora of razors at our disposal. Smile

It's sharp and it cuts. I like it...

Just an amazingly awesome shaver for the money. The shave that the Dart provides rivals some of the best and more expensive makings in the business. It offers a substantial range in adjustment for more or less blade feel during ones shave. Balance & feel is really good and I’ve never had an occasion where I thought that the razor handle did not offer enough tactile grip. The way it looks one would’nt think so but, somehow it does stay in ones control regardless of all the suds that would or could envelope the handle. Just an outstanding performer that is attainable for many by staying under the century mark in price. Big props to Shane over at Blackland for producing one of the better razors in the game and that actually looks and performs way above its price....

I don't think the Dart is in production any longer. Its no longer for sale or shown on the Blackland website. This would make sense at this time as the ERA will probably take its place. The only merchant that still has some in stock is Maggard. I picked one up yesterday. It is the polished version. The only other seller was WCS and they are out of stock.

Noticed that as well but didn’t know they were still in stock at Maggard’s, thanks for the heads up. I used coupon code 10May and also got 10% off. Can’t beat that!
