Man those look beautiful! We should see if Shane would be willing to do a passaround of both heads here on the site. I would love to try one and I know there is an 80% chance I will buy one or both heads if I get to try them. Blackland Razors

Sorry! I don’t believe in pass arounds. 30 day return window is the closest I get.

comments that some mentioned when using a diamondback 2020?
Though I only had one shave, I can confidently say that it is not the case. The blade feel, in my opinion, is present but not overwhelming. I would place it somewhere close to the CG Lvl2

Blackland Tradere SB
Wizamet Iridium Super (3)
Semogue SOC Boar
MdC
Captain’s Choice ceramic
Captain’s Choice Nor’ Easter AS
Result: BBS in three passes.
Introductory note: I have no affiliation with Blackland, and I bought and paid for this razor myself.
My Two Cents: I worried a little that the Blackland Tradere might not live up to the legendary reputation the Tradere has enjoyed. I suspected there might be some “enthusiasm inflation” because this razor has not been in production for quite some time, and because it has been described as the razor that triggered the “modern” stainless steel razor trend. Notably, those two metrics don’t necessarily relate to actual performance. However, my first shave dispelled these concerns. The Blackland Tradere SB is a stellar razor. It is remarkably smooth and comfortable. For my face, it is “right on” the balance point between efficient and smooth for everyday use. For shave quality, it definitely lives up to its reputation and that’s a very high bar indeed. Just as importantly, it is obviously the product of great care and skilled craftsmanship, exhibiting top-tier fit and finish. (This is not a surprise if you are familiar the other razors that Blackland has brought to market). While not “inexpensive,” its selling price puts it within the reach of many and given its performance and quality, it represents an excellent value when compared to the other razors currently available at retail. Shane at Blackland deserves very high praise for bringing this razor back to market. Well done! Happy shaves to all.
