I like that DFS allows members to set whatever price they want for an item. The purchaser (for the most part) knows what he's buying and can decide whether the item is worth the asking price. As the OP mentioned, the vast majority of shave stuff is sold at a loss, the BBS-1 is the Unicorn. As to how it shaves, I don't find the BBS-1 more aggressive than the .61, .67, or the .74 Wolfman SB.

But I get it, everyone wants to have the best forum comment because thats cool these days. More likes tge better. Ive over paid for alot of shaving items simply because there was no other way. But I guess by calling people idiots because they may buy a certain item seems ok because its a forum. No one is twisting anyones arm to buy it.

But this is a community where people are supposed to help out fellow wet shavers. Not encourage or partake in the ridiculous flipping of rare gear. If you create a culture of selling stuff at ridiculous profit it's only going to manifest and end up the norm thus no one gets a good deal.

if it's not immoral for someone to sell something for a loss (as most wet shaving gear is sold for), why is it immoral for someone to make some money on an item when there's a mutual and voluntary agreement between a buyer and seller for the item at hand?

I realized just before posting this that this thread is in the archive section so only admins & mods can reply to it...you can send me a PM if you'd like..

I definitely agree with your sentiment but I'd like to add that the OP himself didn't set the price for the item he was trying to sell, the market as a whole did. The Wolfman razors almost always sell for more than what James sells them for directly. James has helped to create this problem...the market just responds in a more efficient manner: high prices for very fast access.
