Got my first shave in this morning. The razor has a nice hefty weight to it without being unwieldy, I'm guessing the handle is right around 90mm, it has that sort of standard balance most razors now aim for.
My WTG pass felt very mild, very little blade feel, but quite efficient compared to how it feels. The ATG pass, I only do two passes, revealed a little more blade feel, but nothing scary or even approaching harsh. A very smooth shaver with enough efficiency to get BBS in most places for me. I could use a little extra efficiency for some of my trouble areas, but overall it was just a great, comfortable shave that didn't require too much thought and left my skin feeling great.
If I had to compare the TR-2 to anything, I guess it sort of reminds me of something like the Paradigm 17-4 or Ti-2, razors that don't have a lot of blade feel, very smooth, but with more efficiency than would be expected. It doesn't get up to efficiency levels of the Diamondback, maybe just slightly below a Charcoal Level 2, but just very smooth and enjoyable.
