It looks similar in design to a Rockwell.

Yes and it comes with 2 plates, one has settings 3 and 4 and second settings 6 and 7 cause those are the settings most popular one

But I do not like too much the Sarmat handle.
I'd love it with aluminium Zircon, clear not black finish.
