As a huge fan of Fougere Gothique, I’m glad that Will changed his mind and re released it. As said above FG is certainly an incredible masterpiece. What I’m not happy with is leaving this in the Hands of Maggards. I wish this was exposed to all of our vendors as a normal release. All those sets and it’s just not financially feasible to buy from them. Just to clarify the cost of the soap is not the issue but the cost of shipping + customs puts these sets well over $100 in my currency each.

Really liking the Angelique... I don't know why there is not more discussion here and elsewhere. In the vein of CRSW Glide Winter, but less sweet.

Used my old tub of Gothique today and it's as loved as ever.

Gothique is Halloweentime.
Angelique is Christmastime.

Since no Gothique/Angelique samples have materialized as of yet I decided to get samples of their two new (well, at least one is) soap/AS combos, Clusterfig & Leviathan. I have never smelled Leviathan before and as well I assume these are both in Excelsior base(?).
Secretary Ramsey put his foot into it yesterday . . . in the course of his remarks he said that California “needs water and better society.”  “So does h-ll,” yelled someone in the crowd.

Let us know what you think. It's been a number of years since I smelt leviathan and died...I may need to get another sample and try again.

Finally caved and got a friend to order me the sets and ship them over to at least dodge customs. Should have them by Wednesday. Really looking forward to Angelique

Well I think for Castle he is overseas. Getting a full tub of something he may not like he may be stuck with it. Also, sounds like shipping is a pain. Smaller weights may be easier on the pockets.

Huh, weird. They've had aftershave bulk since last Wednesday and the soap bulk should have arrived on Friday. Perhaps they're still in the process of making them.

I ended up ordering through a friend of mine. There’s no doubt I would like with of these sets as I already have Fougere Gothique. Ordering from Maggards as a customer in the US I don’t see any issues with pricing because I am in Canada it didn’t work very well for me. I was lucky enough to have a friend visiting the US and able to bring it back under a personal belonging so I was happy as I have been looking forward to these sets for months.
