Phil has posted on other sites that the case has been dismissed and I do believe he means dismissed with prejudice, which means it cannot be filled again.

slantman Dave in KYI won't point to where this is but if you google it you can find it.

Good to know that a man that denied others the right to present their side of the story had the opportunity to present his side of the story when his rights were violated

Looks like it was dismissed when discovery was initiated from what I read.

Odd how gathering facts often reveals truth

It's a shame Phil had to bear the expense to put an end to it. Less expensive than fighting it in court but it still cost him something....

So I got my Asylum RX injector yesterday and I was excited to try it with my Schick twin injector blades but much to my surprise and disappointment they don’t work in the RX as they don’t have a hole in the blade so it won’t go over the posts.  An I love my Twins in my  vintage Type M adjustable.

So I ordered some Schick Yellows and B 20’s for the RX..

I LOVE my Vintage Twin Injector blades too but You're not reading it all Frank. This is an Artist Club (AC) Blades razor. They do make a similar looking one that takes Injectors but that is NOT this one. In the picture from Bull Goose you are wanting what's circled in RED but what had 2nds is what's circled in GREEN.

Which did you get Frank? Does the injector one only take certain injector blades ?
