And that long, flat package? Oh my!

First, my favorite open comb DE razor, the Gillette NEW long comb, in 24K gold plate. (Originally, many gold Gillettes were gold "washes", not true plating, from what I have read.)

Second, my favorite Gillette Tech, the pre-War triangular slot version (also the only Tech in my razor drawer).

And my 2 favorite GEM razors, the Damaskeene and the Junior.

Wow. Spectacular pieces Eric. BRG did a great job, they look like new. You planned well, too... Two SEs just in time for SEptember.

If you don't already have one, you need a razor display case/stand/rack. These are too nice to hide away. Lol.

Enjoy!

TOBS Tobacco Leaf shaving cream. I have used several tobacco shaving soaps, but no creams, so I thought I would try one.

My Eversharp/Schick (single) Eagle arrived today.

I'm a big fan of Krona razors and am very excited to have this one in my collection.

You got yourself a bastardized one too. The handle is for Schick razor but the razor head is actually for an Eversharp branded DE razor. For a few months in early 67 Eversharp launched a seperate branded line of DE and injectors under the Eversharp brand name that sold along side Shick branded razors. The key feature was the grey colored handles vs. the black colored handles on the Shick branded stuff. I would say with great certainty that razor is a later in the year 67.

Thanks for the heads up. I've read similar.

I'd say that I'm technically still on the hunt for a double eagle but who knows when I'll find that. I'm happy with this crossbreed non the less.
