Can someone tell me if these are the same blades that come with the Blackland Sabre Razor?

Maybe? It's weird that the brand is GEM because normally they come in a Personna branded package. Also, I've never seen the "GEM" etched on there like that in outlined block letters. Usually it's a single line etching. This could be something new though as it's been a long time since I've purchased any. These are the ones I bought - https://connaughtshaving.com/gemss.html

Thanks Jeff. The blades provided by Blackland have GEM stamped on them also, but so do numerous other blades I have seen online.

The link you provided advertises them as the correct blades, though the lack of a pic of the packaging makes me uneasy. Here is another link. I've purchased from these folks several times and have gotten exactly what was needed.

Padtor.james, you're welcome! If the blades were provided by Blackland, I have no doubt that Shane would only provide the correct and best (PTFE coated) blades to use with the Sabre. There are other GEM blades that work such as the "Blue Star" carbon steel ones or regular uncoated SS you can buy at the drug store, but I've found that they don't hold a candle to the PTFE coated blades in terms of performance. They were harsh and tuggy to me. The only ones you absolutely want to stay away from are the paint scraper blades found at the hardware store. Even though they will fit in the razor, they aren't designed for shaving.

Please don’t misunderstand me. I know Shane provided the correct and best blades. My questions is not about the “quality” of Shane’s blades, it is about my desire to purchase the exact blade that he had provided. I.e. are the blades from Amazon the same as Shane’s blades?

I'm not sure about the ones from Amazon. Given they're PTFE coated, they're probably the same. The description does indicate they're for shaving as well.

Another option to purchase is Ted Pella (catalog number 121-3). Those are certainly the same Blackland sends, however....they're only sold in boxes of 200. They are currently $40.50 + shipping. The shipping isn't cheap. When I ordered on 9/20/20 the shipping cost was $13.47.
Overall, that's not terrible. $0.27 per blade (for my order - the prices went up a few bucks since then), and they last me around 20 shaves each.

You definitely don't want any blades that are meant for scrapers. I tried one for science. That lasted about two swipes and out it came. They're beyond rough for shaving.

Preach it, brother! Geddy on Instagram said that he is working on a book, with words (his joke!), that grew out of his dealing with Neil's death. If we can't get more music, we can get rembrances.
They are the soundtrack of my life! (OK, I will calm down and act normal again!)
