How could my favorite razor become so awful all of a sudden. The fakes feel wider and more flimsy than the original too.
I thought it was just a bad pack but as soon as I get home I will be throwing them all in the garbage where they belong!
Your new packs have the curved tail on the ‘y’ and the blades are printed only with “Extra Stainless”, I assume. Those are the fakes.

I’ve been using mine to scrape the side of my fish tank.

I bought 5 packs from a Polish seller "makeupstore" for an experiment half a year ago.
Exactly the same as shown in previous posts as a fake...
Price in Russian rubles (about $1.2):

I'm going to double check tonight as I didn't pay much attention to be honest. I'm pretty sure that's the case because they are really awful.

[Image: 4tMsy6V.jpg]the authentic Polsilvers are on the left. I never even considered they would make knock off blades but here we are.

Oh, be careful with that.
We used to do that on ours and found that it made scratches in the glass. The scratches were the first places where the alga grew back in, which is how we discovered them.

I have a few packs of the PolSilvers on the left and I think they’re pretty awesome.  Mostly, I get my blades from my Grandfather who has supplied me and my brother with a lifetime supply of his favs, which are my favs because he reads these threads, lol.

My other PolSilvers might be a little older version as the boxes are definitely not blue?  You Gents will have to pardon my knowledge on blades, again, I got my lifetime supply from G-Pa so no real research ever went into the POLSILVER.  This blade is magnificent, I can go on and on about it but there’s nothing I can’t pair it with for that effortless smooth comfort shave.  This blade is the reason the PolSilver is my fav…

Yeah these are the ones from Lodz in Poland, I believe.
I got a tuck of 10 from shaving.ie and enjoyed them.
While they were very very close to the Polsilvers in the blue pack, the blades seemed somehow heavier,
with some mass to them.

In those days, you could purchase 200 of them at a go but I wasn't interested....I'd take them in a flash
now but of course they're all gone.

I saw a listing on B&B a week ago where a fellow wanted to trade these blades.

But he wanted a wolfman for them hehehe.
