Tom does such wonderful work. Which knots are you going with?

A lot of recommendations for the Tuxedo, that's where I'm leaning. Down the line maybe a boar for the second ferrule for a more traditional look.

Lovely brush! How does one go about getting one of these?

I honestly don't know if Tom ever sells them, AFAIK he makes them occasionally and offers in trade. Tom is active on TSD.

The First Canadian Maximo Gomez Cuba looks odd from the bottom. HoosierShave does yours look like this. Thanks

That does look familiar. But I just checked mine and it no longer looks like that. Maybe those are air bubbles????

How do you like the scent?

A couple acquisitions this past week.

My first Wolf Whiskers.  I had very little input on this brush.  I told Peter that I liked the Raptor shape and I liked black and white. Matte/polished/solid/swirled was irrelevant to me.  I just wanted him to flex his artistic muscle and this is what I got.  I couldn't have dreamed up a better looking brush.  It turns out, the Black Wolf knot is a pretty nice performer, too:

And this. One of my prized Ever-Ready 1912s with the Delta Echo treatment.  I had a spare handle that I asked Jay to do in red just for variety:

Money laundering I'm guessing. Win win.[Image: b64227a720880d0877c3777b7f740e87.jpg][Image: 3d7ae300bae04dca36f01e30cb1273c9.jpg]

It's almost like a crystal formation. It's a dark soap so it sticks out. I can see it from the sides and around the top on the edges. Very strange.

Like the scent from the tub will have to see what else comes out when lathering.

Those look absolutely badass! Very nice acquisitions! That is quite possibly the coolest brush I've ever seen!

Picked up two of these from maggards last week. Got them yesterday. Tried a little bit out and seems like good stuff.
