I use a “universal brush stand” from Razorock / Italian Barber. Costs about $5. It does not fit every handle but fits most of mine. Not the best looking thing but it works well and I’m happy with it.

I share your opinion regarding stand for brushes. When it comes to razors we see amazing art and craftsmanship, amazing metals and an effort to complement the razor.
Brushes are another form of art and craftsmanship, there must be some nice stands out there
