That was me, but I honestly expect to see more.

I feel for these businesses. I was a very successful businessman until we sold our company and retired at the age of 45. Now I just enjoy life, but I gave it all since I was in my twenties.

Owning a business is a wonderful thing and when people love your product is even more rewarding. Is not easy and it takes a lot of sweat and tears. That's why I support individual merchants and when they are successful I feel good and proud that me buying that product, helped to build that success.

That's why customer service is so important, specially in a market like wet shaving, where you have tons of competition. If you treat me like I matter, I'll give you my business forever. You treat me like I owe you something, I'll walk and I don't care how good your product is.

That truly sucks and wish it wasn't the case. But I just ordered his roots b/c Greek Peach was out. I can't wait to try it out and happy to order before it all went out of stock. Best of luck to Tim!

Too bad, I liked his soaps. I think we are going to see a lot more of this in 2016. The market of wet shaving became too saturated in 15. Too many makers and too much product, not enough capital in the market to sustain all of them. I think 20 more could close shop and the options out there would still be abundant. There are a TON of soap and aftershave makers and certainly razor producers in this market. While sad, it was very apparent there were too many players in the game for all of them to continue.
