At least in the Peaches and Cream I get the Peaches.

Nice try Dave you're probably sitting over there with your baseball glove on waiting for tomatoes to be thrown.
I plan on washing mine and eating them![Image: wGYz7Sf.jpeg]

I would agree to and it would be a shame if I don't get any prominent fig in the scent ....anxious now.

Funny! That is what is important with this blog - free ability to be honest and get and disseminate info/opinions - makes us better shavers, better informed...

New Mallard Base: impressions follow....

°No fig or creamy coconut off the puck

°Upon lathering, almond, burnt toast, butterscotch, honey

°After first pass, opened up - toasted coconut, no fig

°After second pass, browned- pan seared coconut, fig?

°After 3rd pass, coconut pie, hints of ripe fig lurking in back

°Great slick, low profile okra snot like lather, Omnibus reminiscent

°Huge overfilled tub

°Dark dark puck

°Duck fat soap, sold out everywhere

°Lather looks like latté in color

°Great container and art work

°A fall winter soap - definitely a gourmand

°Pairs perfectly with National Hômme

¦¦. "Costume National Homme EDP opens with a pretty clear and present fig, sweetened and built out with grapefruit and bergamot, spiced and rounded with cardamom and spice"

The search for more fig based soaps continues for me. My summer favorite scent note. [Image: a602f2d9ea91ce8e8326e53c9cc6e093.jpg]

Hey Tommy,

This begs the question:  what are your favorite fig soaps?

One of my favorites has to be GD Sandalwood Fig Musk.

How is the scent on this soap? I regret not adding it to my order with the Paradigm Ti.

Hey Tommy,

This begs the question:  what are your favorite fig soaps?

One of my favorites has to be GD Sandalwood Fig Musk.

Mine were strong Coconut off the puck and especially lathered.

In fact, it was reminiscent of suntan lotion aka Hiwaiian Tropic 0 SPF Deep Tan.

I scoop and bowl lather

Perhaps with the extreme weather and puck loading, yours was somewhat layered?

Anyway, extremely happy with mine

If it matters, found the Pineapple Rum pineapple foreward with rum chaser.

The Rose Chai to my perspective is an unexpected star. Wish had doubled up there

I asked one of my old timer customers what they thought of the Mallard Coconut Fig! I've always believed that we each perceive smells differently! I created this scent from scratch, and I can confidently say it has a rich, figgy aroma—specifically the deep, dark scent of dried, shriveled black figs. Your experience may vary, though!
