Acqua di Parma Colonia Variations

I'm confused about the scent differences among the various Acqua di Parma Colonia fragrances (original, Pura, Intensa, Essenza, Club, Assoluta).  All of them have citrus top notes and woody and/or musky bases, with their heart notes seeming to differ the most.  Those of you who have tried several of them, please try to elucidate for me the variations in their character. 

I'm really NOT interested in which is your favorite or in their varying projection, sillage, etc.; rather I'd like to hear what in the fragrance mix differentiates each from the others.

the colonia is the original most citrusy scent. the essenza is a more fresh twist to it. the intensa is somewhere in between. with citrus with a touch of fresh. thats all i tried. they all have about the same sillage. not good. their blue line is good too.

well the best place to separate the strands of all the variants is fragrantica or basenotes.

I remember the Colonia Intensa as a standout for me as its not as heavily skewed to citrus but has
very appealing woody leathery notes that broaden its range.
